Wellness First believes FOOD IS MEDICINE and that there is no one specific diet or way to eat that is best for everyone. Each of us has a unique cultural relationship with food, metabolic status, food sensitivities or allergies, digestive system and emotional attachment to food. So, making sustainable changes towards a healthier way of eating is complex!
We believe real change can be achieved when we partner with you to create realistic meal plans that considers your time constraints, level of interest in meal planning and cooking, and food likes and dislikes.
