Dear Valued Members,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding our medical marijuana (MMJ) consultation services at our practice. Effective Monday, June 17th, 2024, we will transition to a cash price model for these services. This change follows Florida law, which prohibits us from billing insurance for MMJ visits. Currently, insurance companies do not cover MMJ-related services, necessitating cash payments.

As a valued member of our integrative medicine family, members will receive a discounted rate for MMJ consultations. The new pricing structure is as follows:

Initial Consultation (60 minutes): $300 for Members (Non-members: $350)

Follow-Up Visits (30 minutes): $150

It is essential to note that MMJ consultations will be solely focused on the treatment of the condition for which MMJ is prescribed. We cannot address any other health concerns during these appointments in accordance with Florida Law. If you have additional health issues that need to be discussed at the same time, we can arrange for two separate visits on the same day. The additional visit will be billed to your insurance as usual.

We understand that these changes may require some adjustments, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to ensure compliance with state regulations while continuing to provide you with the highest level of care.
